How does BoothFairy work?
A Just grab a prop, jump in the booth and have fun! Guests have a great time and enjoy taking a photo home to remember the night! Our photo booths have easy-to-follow touch screen instructions that guide your guests throughout the process. Just click on the big ‘TAKE PHOTO’ button, strike a pose and collect your photos!
How does the Photo Guest Book work?
AWe’ll bring along a guestbook where guests can stick in an additional copy of their photo and write a message underneath. We bring all supplies needed, and guests are given two copies of their photo, one for them and one for the book. Our staff will be there to direct your guest to the book and we’ll give you it at the end.
Do photos print out on the spot?
AYes! As soon as you and your friends step out of the booth your photos will print within seconds. Each guest will receive a copy to take home. Also, if you have selected the Guest Book option, we will print one extra to stick in the book.
Will someone from BoothFairy be at my event?
AYes. There will be two BoothFairy team members attending the booth the whole time. We will be there throughout your event, assisting your guests with the photo booth and guestbook.
Will I get a copy of all the pictures from my event?
AYes. we will send you a ‘wetransfer’ link which will hold all digital copies of the event photos. BoothFairy will transfer the photos electronically within 72 hours after the end of the event (if you need them sooner, just let us know!). From the link you can download all the photos and videos from your event.
How is the picture quality?
AWe use a professional DHLR Canon 1300D to take all photographs in the Photo booths. They then print on a Professional Standard Mitsubishi Photo Printer. We use special glossy photo paper, to not only ensure your pictures are printed to the highest quality, but they are also less likely to scratch, fade or distort in any way. Once you have your photo taken your print-out will immediately emerge dry and ready to stick in the photo album or to keep safe in your pocket or bag.
Do you service my area?
ABoothFairy currently provides Photo booths with free delivery within a 30 mile radius of Oxford. Our main delivery areas include Wiltshire, The Cotswolds, Bicester, Swindon, Cheltenham, Banbury, Reading, Milton Keynes, London, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Cirencester, Luton. However, we can happily accommodate clients in any part of the country. Outside the 30 mile radius we charge 65p per mile.
How do I book a photobooth?
ABooking with us is easy! Just enter what booth you would like on the homepage, what date you would like it on and where the event is and follow the instructions. We require a £75 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to your event. Once you have paid your deposit you will then receive a booking confirmation email to confirm your booking date with us.
Can you accommodate an event on a higher floor?
AYes. Our photo booths are mobile and easily portable, therefore we are able to provide a photobooth at an event on higher floors. However, we will need access to a working lift in order to move our equipment to the desired set-up area. If your event is on a higher floor please let us know on the booking form.
Can you accommodate an outdoor event or an event held in a Marquee?
AYes, if weather is permitting. However, we will need a generator to power the booth. You will need to specify if your event is held outside or in a Marquee on the booking form or in an email to us so we can get that ready for you. We unfortunately cannot provide a booth unless there is cover (i.e. in a Marquee, under a Gazebo).
